Moulded and Mandrel Wrapped Rubber Bellows

Rubber expansion joints are highly flexible connectors used to absorb movement, vibration, and noise in fluid handling systems. Made from natural or synthetic elastomers, they offer excellent corrosion resistance, shock absorption, and misalignment compensation, making them ideal for pump suction and discharge lines, piping systems carrying water, chemicals, or gases.

We manufacture hand crafted mandrel built & moulded rubber bellows and rubber expansion joints to suit your application, specifications. The bellows are designed based on information provided by FSA (Fluid Sealing Association), Non-Metallic Expansion Joints Technical Handbook, ASTM F1123 – 87 Standard Specification for Non-Metallic Expansion Joints.

  • High flexibility in axial, lateral, and angular directions

  • Excellent resistance to vibration, shock, and noise

  • Chemical- and abrasion-resistant elastomers

  • Compensates for minor misalignments and thermal expansion

  • Easy installation with rotating flanges and lightweight design
